Interlocking Concrete Pavers and Permeable Concrete Pavers

ABSTRACT: This presentation provides an overview of permeable pavements utilizing concrete pavers as the finished pavement course. Permeable concrete paver pavements as a Low Impact Development and best management practice provides both structural and hydraulic solutions to storm water quality and quantity mitigation requirements.
BIO: David Hasness, P.E., is a Region Engineer for Keystone Hardscapes (Pavestone) and provides technical product support for the Houston area as well as Central and South Texas. With over 30 years of experience in sales and manufacturing of construction products, he holds a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Houston and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas. David is currently serving as Vice Chair of the Commercial Technical Promotion Advisory Committee (CTPAC) for the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute.
