Sean’s diverse background for the last 20+ years has been in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent and Project Manager, operational management for a furniture retail chain, as well as some experience in sales and consulting. During previous tenures, he has had the pleasure and honor of building several local projects (E.G. UHCL – Clear Lake @ Pearland Campus, Shady Crest Baptist Church - Pearland, UHCL – Arbor Expansion Project – Phase 1 & 2, Performance Contractors – Rosharon location, etc.) for his father’s general contracting firm, Palmer Construction, LLC. That being said, Sean successfully worked for his own father! He was selected by a National Corporate Committee for Haynes Furniture to re-establish standard operating procedures nationwide due to the 25-30% increase in production he accomplished in Dallas at The Dump Furniture Company. However, Sean’s greatest accomplishment by far, and his instrument for change in the world, is his marriage to wife Teresa, and their incredible children, Zachary, Marisa, and Elijah. Teresa and Sean share their faith in Jesus Christ, an undying love for this country, and the belief that anything worth having, is also worth working hard to get it. Sean’s favorite quote is by Sam Houston, “Do right, and risk the consequence.”
